How to Enroll

Click here to log into your myETF Benefits account to enroll online. Follow the instructions and make sure to select your preferred WEA Trust plan as your as your network.
Download the Health Insurance Application/Change Form, fill it out the entire form, make sure to write the name of your preferred WEA Trust plan under "Choose a Health Plan" and return it to ETF.
